Ordering & Payment
$250 order minimum. Orders can be placed by email, or preferably via our website. Payment is required upon ordering using the ShopPay checkout (includes Visa, PayPal etc.) or via direct deposit (we do not accept cheques).
Pre-orders
On occasion, products will be available for pre-order with the estimated ship date marked in the product title. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped in-full when the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges will apply. Please email hello@honestpaper.com.au if you would like to split your order.
Back Orders
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock and if this is the case we will back-order them, or issue a refund. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately, at no extra cost, unless otherwise requested.
Display & Packaging
All Daymaker Stationery products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual products. Unless otherwise specified, wholesale wrapping may be sent rolled in bulk with optional labels for use in store (dependent on shipping costs). If you are selling Daymaker Stationery products online, credit must be given to Daymaker Stationery in the product description. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding our packaging.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and its original packaging.
Shipping
All national orders are shipped from our warehouse in Maitland, Australia for $25.00 standard, $15 for orders over $500 or $30.00 express. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via Australia Post. Any duties or customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the retailer. Invoices are sent via email at the time of shipment and included in the shipment. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice.
International shipping is calculated upon despatch and charged on a seperate invoice.
Turnaround Time
Our usual turnaround time is between 1-3 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know a revised turnaround time as soon as possible. Otherwise, we may offer an alternative product, or a full refund if preferred.
Brand Exclusivity
We understand the desire to curate a unique collection of products in your store. To uphold this, we will endeavour to only accept one stockist application per local government area.
